Tracey graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2013 after an intensive five-year masters degree course, and she has taken further post-graduate training in Cranial Osteopathy to advance her skills. She is also experienced in a variety of osteopathic approaches including structural, cranial, fascial & visceral, and is keen to advance her abilities with further holistic courses. She is extremely passionate about osteopathy and applying its wide application in a caring, patient centred and registered profession.

She has a background in design and photography and her ability to think in 3D has a great advantage when dealing with the human body!

Tracey is an experienced and qualified Sports Massage Therapist and a qualified occupational health technician and has previous experience of working in the health & well-being industry.

With her passion for keeping fit together with a love of nature and the outdoors Tracey has always participated in a wide variety of sporting activities; athletics, gymnastics and racquet sports, horse riding and skiing. She has participated in many mountaineering ventures and prepared for these by attending regular Pilates, body-balance and climbing classes. Tracey strongly believes the combination of keeping active; working on posture, good nutrition and a positive spirit of mind is a key to supporting long-term health and wellbeing.

Tracey’s approach to treatment is in considering the wider picture to health by improving the body’s structure, function and lifestyle.

She uses soft tissue, stretching, gentle manipulation and cranial techniques tailored to her individual patients, and advises on fitness and rehabilitation.

Tracey is offering clinics on most weekdays and we are excited to now be able to offer Saturday morning appointments.
